Qualcomm appoints Mark Warner Managing Director of Qualcomm Enterprise Services Europe
Waalre, The Netherlands – June 7, 2011 — Qualcomm Enterprise Services Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) and a leading provider of business-to-business wireless enterprise applications and services, today announced the appointment of Mark Warner as managing director of Qualcomm Enterprise Services Europe. Warner brings to Qualcomm experience at various transport and logistics firms in several European countries, as well as a reputation for being a frontrunner in telematics innovations designed to help companies achieve performance improvements and acquire a better competitive position.

Warner has spent more than 25 years in the logistics service provider industry, serving the European bulk liquid market. He was a member of the board of directors of Dutch logistics provider Den Hartogh where he led the implementation of Qualcomm’s first end-to-end integrated fleet management solution in Europe. Having operated across the continent, Mark has insight to all levels of opportunities and threats that exist within the European transport business.
